The Model Predicts.
The Data Verifies.
Measure results against what the model predicted, and turn field performance into evidence you can act on — for the next decision, the next proposal, the next project.

Every project creates information. By measuring actual performance against what was expected, project teams gain a clear view of energy use, operating costs, reliability, and overall project performance.
Because energy should be accountable for the value it creates.
Battery utilization, charging performance, and distributed power use by work zone or equipment type, so the numbers reflect what actually happened on site.
Expected fuel use compared against real consumption, with the difference explained, not just reported.
How much generator runtime actually dropped, measured against the diesel baseline the project started from.
Actual cost per day, per month, per operating hour, or per kilowatt-hour, checked against the original model.
Uptime, reliability, downtime, and safety observations — cable reduction, noise reduction, fewer fumes — in one account.
What the field taught that the model did not, carried into the next project’s baseline.
Every Verify engagement reports the same things, so results can be compared project to project.
A power strategy that cannot be checked is a claim. One that can be checked is an asset.
Both — and we’re careful to label which is which. Completed work is described as measured or verified only when the data supports it; anything still in planning stays a modelled projection until it’s field-verified. See Projects for current and completed work.
That’s why Verify exists. On Integrate engagements, we measure actual performance against the model. If savings-based pricing is part of the engagement, our fee depends on that verified performance — not on a projection.
The performance report becomes something you can hand to whoever needs it. Finance wants the cost story. Sustainability wants the emissions number. Leadership wants proof the strategy worked. One report carries all three.
